This course will upskill managers and increase their confidence to effectively
manage both short and long-term absence. It will provide practical guidance on
the procedural and legal issues involved, while helping managers to navigate
sensitive and confidential conversations about different health and medical issues.
This course is highly interactive and throughout the day participants will take part in group discussions and work through case studies to support knowledge and practical skills.
